INFRASTRUCTURE

Bart will keep control spending to improve our aging infrastructure

We must plan not  just today but for the next five, 10 and 20 years. Each year, we must review the budget so that your tax dollars are allocated to the projects that needs them the most.

More importantly, we must earmark funding for future repairs and improvements to our city's critical infrastructure. This helps us to anticipate future repairs and costs, and ensures that the services provide by the city to its residents and businesses continue at the highest possible level.

Our roads, water and sewer systems, storm drainage, and growing traffic congestion will be address today so they are in better shape in the future.
